COVID-19 Delays

We use some of the largest and well known printers in the United States.

And our print partners have informed us that they will continue to print products on our behalf. 

However, production times for most products will have delays.  In some cases (especially apparel), production might take more time and can extend to 20 business days.

Our latest updated and estimated production times by product type are:

• Mugs - 3-5 business days or longer
• Phone Cases - 5-7 business days or longer
• Bandanas - 4-6 business days or longer
• Apparel - 10-20 business days or longer

These delays are happening across the entire industry, so it is affecting all businesses that supply customer made apparel and accessories

The reasons for the delay include high-levels of demand, a backlog of orders and a need for the manufacturing facilities to operate safely for their workers.

Postage Delays

Additionally, postage via postage partners can take longer depending on location. We offer tracking in most instances, so customers can still track their purchases, with the understanding that deliveries can take longer than normal.

In some isolated cases, a parcel can arrive at a local post office and then take up to ten business days to process.

Otherwise Business As Normal With Delays And Discounts

To compensate for the delays, we are offering significant discounts on our products.

Otherwise, business continues as normal as possible but with production delays during these trying times.
