COVID-19 Update

We are cautiously optimistic.

After previous delays, all our printers report that they are now back on schedule and meeting production goals.

Our latest updated and best guess production times by product type are:

• Apparel - 3-5 business days
• Mugs - 3-5 business days
• Phone Cases - 3-5 business days
• Bandanas - 3-5 business days

However, these times are subject to change depending on the situation, including any future precautions needed to ensure the safety of the people producing the final products.

So we will try out best and also continue to monitor the situation.

Postage Delays

Postage seems to be back on track as well, but postage via postage partners can take longer depending on location.

We offer tracking in most instances, so customers can still track their purchases, with the understanding that deliveries can take longer than normal.

In some isolated cases, a parcel can arrive at a local post office and then take a number of business days to process.

Otherwise Business As Normal With Delays And Discounts

Overall, it seems things have generally improved from the previous situation. However, we do ask that customers build in a margin of safety when ordering.

This means that there are still potentials for delays, but we believe that this is much lower than a few months ago.

In the meantime, we will continue our Hwaiting Sale for a little bit longer, so customers know that we do care about everything.
